THIS UNIT IS BUG INFESTED AND THE OWNERS ARE MONEY HUNGRY
The pictures shown on listing are of when it was new.
It's not at all. It's actually 6 years old, so exterior is badly faded and stuff interior and exterior wise is extremely brittle and breaking.
Worse than that though, The first night we found out quickly THERE WERE BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! LOTS OF THEM.
This guy acts like it's no big deal at all.
We spent most of our time trying to rid them and fixing stuff so we wouldn't get blamed for anything.
I fixed so many things that we had nothing to do with but after returning it, the guy is still trying to keep the entire $750.00 deposit and threatening to a claim so I have to pay $1500.00 More!
So if you enjoy waking up with bugs all over you, getting woken up with all kinds of alarms going off, getting blamed for stuff you didn't do, and having to fight to get your deposit back, this one is perfect for you.
If not, I'd strongly suggest you find a different unit, because in the end, you won't be happy and the owners of this one will say you said this or that in a crazy attempt to get more money from you.

Joshua started out by telling us that he was going to be camping at a campground with full hookups, we discovered on the handoff day that Joshuas' true intent was to use our RV as a moving van to relocate his son from Colorado. Although that was not what he had originally stated I allowed it. Prior to the handoff day, the unit was cleaned and prepped by us in the same manner that we have always done our entire time on Outdoorsy. During the key exchange Joshua was shown through the unit and said nothing but great things about it, as is evident by the agreement form at handoff, which also has photos to accompany it. There was no bug infestation when the unit was handed off to Joshua, there still remains to be no bug infestation of any sort, so I'm not sure why he is stating this other than trying to be slanderous. Joshua was going to be towing our unit, so he was informed of the height, length and weight of it prior to connecting it to his truck. I stressed to him that it is as tall as a semi-trailer so he needed to be cautious going under bridges, trees, etc, this will be important later. The original rental length was for a week, but a day before the scheduled return Joshua contacted me and said he was having truck issues and needed some extra days to get his truck repaired. I coordinated this effort through Outdoorsy, and even gave him a significant discount. Upon returning our unit Joshua referred to an alarm going off, which I explained to him that the alarm he was referring to is designed to inform you that you have run out of propane. It's installed to keep you from freezing to death from no gas heat in the winter, and to keep your food from spoiling in the refrigerator, which is run by propane and 12 volt battery power when you are dry camping as Joshua was. Joshua also informed me that his wife broke the screen door latch, but he ordered a new one and replaced it, I inspected it and thanked him. I conducted the walk around and check in, which I noted there was damage to the unit in the form of scratches going down the side from the front cap back, for context the front cap was just refinished by Camping World, the roof was also completely replaced by them as well. Also worth stating is the forward slide cable mechanism was damaged. After Joshua had left I looked up at the TV antenna, I noticed glue on it that hadn't been there before. When I called Joshua, he informed me that he had "fixed the antenna" after it just fell off. Upon further investigation (with a ladder), I discovered that it appeared he had gone under some low tree branches. When questioned Joshua about this on the phone, he confirmed that on the first day of the trip he had gone under a tree that was lower than expected by his house. I explained to Joshua that he should have disclosed that while returning the unit, and that he would be charged for replacement. After further evaluation he was also charged for repairing the scratches to the front cap, replacing a roof vent that was also broken as well as the propane and gasoline used (which is standard and explained to every renter prior to handoff). The total cost for me to repair the unit from damage it sustained while on Joshuas' rental and replenish fuel/propane was actually $1124.31. I informed Joshua that I would keep his security deposit of $750 only and not pursue the higher priced insurance claim that Outdoorsy would have charged him. I did that partially trying to be nice, and also so I could quickly get our unit ready for the next renter which is already on vacation with it, anyone that has had to deal with an Insurance claim can understand that they take longer than the week and a half that I had. So in that interest, I took a loss and fixed our unit.

This was my first time renting an RV and I can honestly say that it was an awesome experience. The RV exceeded our expectations & everything was very clean. Daniel was great and responded right away to any questions we had. I would definitely rent from Daniel again!
