We rented this unit for the weekend while we were visiting our son in Phoenix. It was perfect. Everything worked just as it is supposed to. We were in a residential neighborhood and the generator was quiet enough that it didn't bother anyone. Michelle shows you how everything works before you start on your journey and they are always available if you need help with anything. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a good RV.

We highly recommend to rent from Michelle and her husband Jason. It was our first time driving an RV and they gave us the best instructions of what to do and expect. Very clean and a great comfy bed to sleep. It made our road trip to Sedona, Lower/Upper Antelope and Grand Canyon one of our best vacation . You won't regret renting this RV

As said in many reviews this camper is stocked for you to grab and go! Just bring your own food & clothes, and your on your way! Michelle was amazingly accommodating to our ever changing schedule for pick up and drop off. She explained everything throughly and immediately replied to any questions we had before and during our trip. The camper is older but redone well and kept up nicely. It fit our family of 6 (including 3 teens) comfortably. The ease of renting from Michelle made our trip much more enjoyable!

What a great time! Our family of 5 (including a 1 year old) had a blast visiting the grand canyon, Utah parks (be aware the height of this rv wont allow you to take Zion tunnel) and Vegas!
Michelle and Jason's advices and support were outstanding.
The RV is fully equipped with everything needed. It is in a good shape for a 17 years old vehicle, interior had been recently remodeled. Fairly easy to drive.
I would definitely recommend this RV.

Our trip was incredible! This RV was perfect for our family of 6 and the owners were so flexible and amazing to work with.
Check in and check out were a breeze and we will definitely be back for another road trip in this RV.

Michelle has thought of it all!! Michelle has completely redone the interior to be highly functional for a family with plenty of sleeping room and space. I could not believe that the amount of functional space in this unit without having pop outs! The camper is also fully equipped with all the STUFF you need. From 8 camping chairs, table, mat, GAS fire pit and grill!!! They gave us detailed training when picking up and every storage spot has an inventory list right on it. They also had printed FAQ Bible for the RV in case we needed to reference. They literally thought of it all! I will definitely be renting from Michelle again! I know she is redoing another camper now and I'm sure she will do equally as great of a job.

We had a great trip enjoying the luxury of the RV. Ride was fine and only challenge the high wind on way home. Michelle and Jason were great, helping get us started and throughout trip when had a small concern with the generator. My ‘only’ suggestion would be to clarify that sleeping 8 might be technically true, only comfortable if at least 4 are children.

We had an amazing experience with Michelle and Jason's RV. They are great people and very easy to work with. We rented the RV for two weeks and had zero issues, very clean and felt like a home away from home. Every time we called them during our trip they answered and were willing to answer any questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was our first time renting an RV and it couldn't have been better. Jason and Michelle were so great to work with. They were accessible and prompt with all communication. They were thorough on the walk through and even wrote a darling little message on the front of the refrigerator for our family. They refinished the interior so lovely and stocked the RV so well, we literally just brought food to cook, clothes, and our favorite blankets. They have absolutely everything you could ever want or need from board games to roasting sticks to an outdoor fire-pit (seriously well stocked). The RV ran so well, we didn't have a single issue. We had never rented through outdoorsy before, but our first experience with both outdoorsy and RV-ing far surpassed our expectations. We can't thank Michelle and Jason enough or recommend them any higher!

My husband and I had never rented an RV and I’m glad our first rental was the 2001 Gulf Stream. Not only did Jason and Michelle renovate the interior beautifully but Michelle also put us at ease by explaining how to use the RV on our walk through and they put clear directions on the major devices that our family would be using during our trip to Horseshoe Bend and Zion National Park. Michelle also gave us contact information if were to have questions or concerns which as a mother of three was wonderful. My family and I were able to make memories and we had the best experience through Jason and Michelle and with outdoorsy. We look forward to renting through them again on our trip to Yellowstone, hopefully in the near future.

We had an amazing trip with Jason's motor home. It ran perfect and handled very well on the road and highways. The inside is in great shape and is very clean. The renovations that him and his wife did on the unit are spectacular. It came fully stocked with everything you need which is great because we didn't want to have to pack linens and towels on the plane. There was more than enough storage. I was really amazed with how little gas we used, including running the generator. I wish I was still on holidays with it.

The four of us had the best time on vacation with this RV. Plenty of room, storage and comfortable beds. It even came stocked with lots of extras like board games and DVD's! The inside is newly renovated - beautiful and super clean. Jason went out of his way to accommodate us when any of our questions came up before hand and on the road. We highly recommend this owner and their 2001 Gulf Stream Ultra!
