We loved Stephanie’s camper. Even when we had a slight issue she was super helpful and quick to respond. The camper was perfect for me and my husband and 4 teenagers. My husband said it was easy to haul too! Thank you for helping to make this years camping trip an amazing one!!!

The camper was perfect for our trip. She was very helpful and quick with communication. The camper was clean through and through. I wasn’t expecting it to be fully loaded with supply’s but she made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be renting from Stephanie again!

Our first experience using Outdoorsy and first time travel trailer user with only popup camper experience. Stephanie responded promptly to all messages and concerns and was very helpful. We learned a lot during this trip! Ruby pulled and tracked better than my popup behind my full-size SUV, and that was without using a weight-distributing hitch or sway control! The brakes worked great, too. My suggestion to future renters unfamiliar with travel trailers: Find online resources or user guide to know more about the features, and try out the technical support hotline. I paid for that service and forgot all about it!

This was a perfect solution for our weekend trip. Stephanie was easy to work with and provided many of the things we needed for a successful trip. The trailer pulled really well behind our Chevy Silverado.
