Super positive experience!
Camper was everything we needed and then some. Shawn was just about as nice and helpful as anyone can be. Everything was set up for us and the walk through was super quick and informative. Communication was very responsive and helpful.

Issues with the kitchen sink not draining due to lack of draining the gray water tank, which caused it to smell bad. Had to wait until next day to get it drained. Was asked to drain it myself in the pouring rain. Nope. Also told black water tank was nearly full after only 8 flushes within 36 hours. Suspect it was not drained prior to delivery.
Camper not completely level so water collected on one side of the sink, making it hard to keep clean.
Camper not vacuumed/cleaned adequately. Master bedroom door broken and had to be propped open with heavy object to keep it ventilated and from getting warmer inside at night. When initially opening the awning, two end pieces fell off. Not essential but not a mint condition camper.
Oven worked but difficult to start and had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out.

Shawn was great! We had a minor glitch when booking with regards to delivery vs pick-up. Shawn handled with Outdoorsy! Camper was clean and spacious! What is better when camping then just showing up and enjoying tithe time with family then leaving?
