The listing should be updated! We didn’t have an outdoor rug. There were no kitchen utensil. Kitchen bins updateWe waited 3 hours after we arrived which was 5:30 and the RV arrived at 8:15. Thankful our other family members pulled dinner together! The guy who delivered should have placed it on Blocks as it moved quit a bit. He didn’t know how to turn the AC. Thankful my husband did. Having owned an RV ourself at one point. The gentlemen didn’t know anything about the TV or radio. Again thankful we understood the TV and radio. The gentleman didn’t hook up
The propane tank, again my husband set this up on Friday morning. When your a customer paying for a service you expect a level of quality. This was VERY POOR. We have rented RV before and had a better experience. The communicate was extremely poor. Communicate is really important in todays world. Had we NOT had any knowledge of an RV what’s horrible experience that would have made for someone’s experience. Unfortunately not sure we rent from again. Sad

Samuel and family were a complete joy to rent from. Camper was comfortable and fully equipped. Communication was great. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
