We parked this RV outside of our home for the week between Christmas and New Year’s to accommodate family staying with us. Travis was excellent with communication, responding quickly and clearly. He set up the rig and showed us how to use it, as we are newbies. A leak did occur under the bathroom sink while the unit was with us, and he promptly came and fixed it with no additional issues. When the black water tank was 2/3 full, he arranged for a pump truck to come to the house and empty the tank. The unit was clean and very well appointed - my kids loved staying in the bunkbeds with her aunt and uncle. We would use this option again when we need to accommodate a lot of guests.

This was our first time RVing and Travis walked us through everything and got us set up. We had a couple technical hiccups dry camping but he responded quickly and we worked through them together. A clean, comfortable mid-sized trailer and a really nice and responsive owner.

Travis is so great to work with! The RV was perfect for our fun family weekend. Slept 2 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. Was stocked with everything we needed and more.
