Everything was in working condition. Good floor plan for a family of 4. The only issue we had was the water heater tank is too small to take hot shower, after about 10 min, water started to get colder. Had to wait about an hour again. Trailer could have been cleaner for sure. Pot and pan, cooking utensils were all there. Overall, good experience and had lots of fun at Big Bend!
