owner said let him know when we were back in town instead called the cops because on the contract said 11am which he did disclose and was not friendly plus we rented another camper the same weekend it was much cleaner and better condition.

As an owner, I have NEVER said "just let me know when you are back in town". As you stated, I communicated the return time. I called the police because you didn't return the camper by the stated time, you didn't communicate, and you didn't respond to my multiple phone calls and text messages. It is my obligation to protect my camper. I take great pride in cleaning my camper with Covid approved cleaning supplies. I provide a multitude of cleaning supplies and other miscellaneous items for the renters use and enjoyment at no charge. I don't worry about the outside of the camper, although it is cleaned after each return because I live on a dirt road. HOWEVER, someone returning my camper with oil residue all over the front and down both sides, which took me almost 3 days to clean, is unacceptable. Yes I charged you for cleaning, late return and I did let Outdoorsy know you finally did return it. I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the rental but you did ask to rent it again,

The owners were very easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions. They provided a ton of amenities with the rental - even more than what was listed! The trailer was in great functioning condition, but had more wear and tear than we have experienced with other Outdoorsy rentals.

Owners were fantastic to work with, providing great pre/during/post communication and coordination for arrival and departure details. The Camper itself was clean, organized and fully stocked with all the camping essentials to make our trip a breeze. Would absolutely recommend working with them and fully plan to book with them next year for our annual trip.

Everything was great from on time delivery, no issues with the trailer and they came right out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the trailer. Would recommend them and will use them again for future rentals.

Heather's camper trailer was the best! Super clean and loaded up with anything we could possibly need. Instructions were great. We would definitely rent from them again.

Hard to describe the perfect host. Everything was smooth and the Host provided all the info from pre existing mark to a full tour and over view of the trailer. I felt confident and comfortable setting the trailer at the campsite after the tutorial.
