The best I can say about this unit is that it was clean..and had the amenities that were stated…HOWEVER when speaking to Lauri I stated there wouldn’t be hookups of any kind where we were going to be camping, a generator was offered for an additional fee. When unit was delivered the batteries were dead and wouldn’t hold a charge, at best it had 1/2 a tank of propane and the generator had a fuel leak. We tried to reach the owners several times during our 3 day weekend with NO response. We had to keep the camper plugged into our truck with it running through the night in order to have any power/heat. Our food spoiled due to no refrigerator. When I inquired about a refund for the generator and the prep fee (which is suppose to cover prep/cleaning, I assumed a part of prep would be fully chargers batteries and propane) I was told I would be refunded the generator $40 but NOT prep$75- that’s a non refundable cleaning fee! Had this unit delivered and was still charged $131 for insurance…..with all the extra fees and the lack of power we would have been better off renting an Air BNB !!! The owners didn’t even offer any apologies

We had a great 2 week experience renting this RV... Great space and was very comfortable for the entire family... Lauri was helpful with any additional information that we requested... We would definitely rent again... We appreciate their hospitality and everything they did to make our experience the best we could ask for... Thank u for everything
