Communication was on point! Really appreciated the Google Doc and YT videos- we referenced those a couple of times on our trip and it was so helpful. The van was everything we needed for a camping trip on the Oregon Coast. It was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have electricity and with it being sunny out, the solar panels kept the battery charged. We had an excellent experience!

This trip is a summer week on the coast of Oregon.
Disclosure: This trip was done accompanied with another new RV and many tasks were accomplished using equipment from that vehicle (so much of the equipment aboard "Envy" was not used (like the heater) and cannot be evaluated). Those RV systems of Envy that were used performed well (water supply, lighting, bedding). The bedding aboard Envy is laid out sideways so for tall renters (we are 5'10" and 6'2") it is necessary to sleep diagonal. This was mentioned by the host in the write up for the vehicle.
Vehicle systems (drive train, AC), all worked fine. Rear facing camera displayed 100% of operating time was a nice feature.

While the van is old and rough around the edges, it runs great and has no issues hitting freeway speeds or climbing big hills.

We really enjoyed the experience and the RV had pretty much everything we could want. Jason was a good host and provided a super helpful guide that we referred to all the time. Our only bumps in the road were that the back door was jammed and we had to do a call with jason to figure it out, and we never were able to fix it but had to crawl under the bed to manually release the lock each time. Also the guide has a big section on wifi which we were excited about, but when it didn’t work we asked Jason about and said there wasn’t any wifi and seemed surprised that it was in the guide. So that was strange but neither of those had a big impact on our trip.

I’m telling you now, this has been the BEST experience! Jason covers everything you need to know and is so easy to work with. This van is the PERFECT fit for my style of camping/hiking adventures! My first time in Utah and I’ll definitely be back! My son said it was the best part of the trip! PERFECT!

This van has everything you could want and more. Jason has put thoughtful detail into the equipment that comes with the van e.g., rumple blanket, headlamp, wine key, extra cables, etc. Plenty of room for two people and our collie. The directions for how to operate and use the amenities for the van are fool-proof and the pick-up/drop-off process was a piece of cake. I would rent from Jason again in a heartbeat.

Jason is a very responsive host. He answered all our questions and his van was set up very well. The most helpful thing that Jason offers is his a manual to his van, which uses pictures and videos to help you operate and even trouble shoot problems. We printed it before leaving home and it made our getting to know the van very easy. Everything in the van functioned as advertised, and was a very practical rental. We enjoyed our trip, and the use of the van. Thank you, Jason.

The van was comfortable, clean and drives smoothly. It has everything you need for a trip — cookware, sink, refrigerator, outlets, first aid kit, extra shelves for your stuff, even a projector! The passenger seat swivels, which is nice when you're hanging out in the back. There's also a table and camp chairs, and there is an awning that is self-explanatory to set up.

Jason was an excellent and friendly host. He's thought of everything when it comes to stocking the van with things for an adventure. We took the van to Yellowstone for the weekend and parked it to watch a herd of bison. The van had everything I needed to make a delicious breakfast and coffee for two while we admired the giant creatures and valleys. The projector in the van provided such a cozy vibe at night. We cracked beers (ice cold in his fridge) and used the party lights to read and watch movies. We used his little chairs and cards to play and chat around the fire. The van is so charming and he's put so much thought into making it a convenient and utilitarian place to call home. He wrote up a manual with all the needed info and has youtube videos you can watch to learn everything about the van. Jason also spent extra time when we met to show me certain features. His van also has a little sun roof you can slide over the bed. This was so fun to see the stars at night or to be woken up by a little bit of sun in the morning. The van really made our trip so convenient. We got to try multiple campsites and see everything without wasting anytime packing up! I would happily book it again!

We had the best trip with Jasons Van. It gave us the coziest home while on the road and I can really recommend it.
