We had an awesome trip. Scot was super helpful and great at explaining how things worked. Even so, when I did have questions he was able and willing to answer all our questions. The RV was clean, comfortable, easy to operate and very roomy inside.

Scot was very knowledgeable about unit and program to rent. RV unit main room slide out did not function and had to be rolled out manually. Most important: windshield wipers did not function all of the time. Water was leaking in bedroom from water pump. I believe the wet rug produced a bad order which was present the entire time. Upon taking possession of the RV I went through and cleaned walls, floors and furniture. The order remained. The unit needed to better stocked...no coffee cups and not enough utensils.
