RV was as advertised; great unit and everything functioned well. Our two kids slept comfortably on the Dinette bed, and we had plenty of space.

Beware, this RV is very large but only comfortably sleeps 2 adults in the the queen bed (or 3 adults if one is okay with sleeping diagonally on the dinette) or possibly a family with 2 small children. Unfortunately we did not know this until we were making up beds and realized that my 12 year couldn’t even straighten out her legs on the tiny bed and the sheets provided did not stay on the odd shaped little bed at all. It has a very large living area with the slideouts and would be lovely for a couple who isn’t concerned about the expense (a $250 cleaning fee for shorter trips is ridiculous if you return the rv clean). Also beware that you should document everything if you rent from these owners as they will tell you something verbally but then turn around and charge you everything they can with no compassion for circumstances (the interstate was shut down on our return trip and we were heavily penalized for an unavoidable delay but given no refund for problems we had with the rv on the trip).
