Aalok and team were great to work with and had great communication. The camper was great and perfect for our family. Drop off was in the perfect location. There was a hiccup with the water but that didn't detour us from thoroughly enjoying ourselves.

We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful and clean camper. Communication was excellent and when we had an issue with the propane it was addressed quickly.

Big Lick RV made the weekend rental and tailgating at Va Tech a breeze. RV was clean and everything operated as advertised. Excellent camping experience on campus.

Most excellent service! The entire team was extremely responsive and helpful. We did have some AC issues and they were quick to reply and assist in remediation. Even came to our campsite late in the evening to assist.
