First of all, we needed a non electric tool to raise the leveling jack because there was no outlet near by for the electric tool that she had.
Also, the right break/turn signal light was out which I replaced.
Upon pickup we were told that the trailer was not dewinterized so when we flushed it out the hot water tank was not holding water and the shut off valve was leaking because the hot water tank was not winterized so we were left without running water all week.
Other than that the trailer was in good shape.
