I had a last minute change of travel plans, and Erin was able to book her RV with me on just a few hours notice. She was very kind, helpful and informative through the process. She reached out after picking up the RV to offer help and answer questions. She was really nice to interact with. The RV was solid, just as expected and advertised. It was very simple to drive, park and set up. Erin gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate everything in the RV and I was good to go. Very positive experience.

Oh my gosh...thank you Jonathon!!! I'm so happy that it worked out for you and your family. Thank goodness for the last minute cancellation from the other renter :) I am also so glad to hear that you were able to connect with the rest of your family and had a place to be close to them. I too had a very positive experience with you.
