RV was supposed to be delivered at 2pm but they were unable to deliver it. They reached out and were supposed to have it delivered between 9:30am and 10:30 but there was an issue with the jack on the trailer. I understand that sometimes things happen but these are things that should have been checked out prior to delivery. Unfortunately, the RV didn't arrive until almost 5 which put a damper on things for my mom but we were just glad it arrived. The hot water in the RV never cam on so they had to use the bath house. We are experienced RV'ers and have multiple RV's but unable to take ours since we are transitioning from Texas. We tried to get the hot water going but never could. All in all it was a clean RV but just a hug inconvenience since the nights were very chilly.

Everything went great, Heidy was very accommodating and the RV was spotless when picked up and we had no problems. The RV had everything we could think of, great trip and will book with Heidy the very next time!! Thank you!
