RV was dropped at location, but not hooked up. It did not have the proper adapters to connect to sewer or electric so we had to buy them. Did not have basic amenities like soap, broom, bowels, lid for cooking pot, trash bags, paper towels etc. Electric start on gas stove did not work.

This was an absolutely beautiful fifth wheel. I almost wish we had been doing more traditional camping and cooking and stuff. The outdoor kitchen looked very functional. (I was at an event with food trucks in attendance)
Everything worked well and the bathroom was really very nice. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but are they ever in a trailer?
My neighbors did complain that the generator was rather loud, and I had to agree, so I couldn't run it during the night.
Otherwise, a lovely fifth-wheel and excellent service.

We originally rented a Bighorn fifth wheel. We were told two days before our drip that it would be a different fifth wheel we were getting. We really didn’t have a choice but to say okay. We got texts messages of what the other fifth wheel would look like. We communicated what time we would hold like the delivery. The camper was supposed to be delivered to us at 3pm on the first day of our trip. At 2:59 I sent a text and a message on outdoorsy asking if they had an ETA. We waited until almost 330pm with no response. I called outdoorsy and they had to try to call the owners. I finally heard from the owners at 336pm. The camper was not delivered until about 415pm. The set up went smoothly and Hoss was nice about showing us different things about the camper. We talked about pick up being at 8am on the following Monday. Monday at 8am we were out of the camper and it was cleaned, no one was there to pick up the camper. The driver was an hour late and was rude when picking up the camper

We rented this for 2 days, at my sister in laws land. . We had so much fun, it was delivered right in time, it was so nice and cozy. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 dogs.

Great unit! Very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy, drop off and pickup was simple. 10/10 would recommend!
