Taylor and Jessica are great hosts, and great communicators. We would absolutely rent from them again. I feel it is important to be honest: there was an issue with both the gray and black water tank indicator lights. They were very pleasant in dealing with the issue but it did make for a more difficult (and stressful) camping experience. I fully expect that they will address the issue and we would definitely rent from them in the future. (I never did meet Jessica: it was Tyler that we met with at pick-up and drop-off).

This was our first time towing an RV of this size, and our host, Jessica, made the experience seamless! She was incredibly helpful, walking us through everything we needed to know. Jessica even provided a handy 'things to do' list, which made our trip planning easy and convenient. We highly recommend renting from her—thanks for such a great experience!
