Unfortunately, I cannot recommend LexGo based on our two-week RV rental during Pony Finals. The RV was not cleaned when we arrived, the bedding smelled of cigarette smoke, the stove did not work, and we experienced repeated septic problems, including leakage and waste residue beneath the RV.
More concerning to me was how our concerns were handled. After I asked that the uncleaned RV and refrigerator be cleaned, Mike blocked my phone number. He later approached my 13-year-old daughter while she was riding her bike alone and told her he had blocked her mother because I was “mean” to him. I found involving my child in an adult customer-service disagreement completely inappropriate.
Things can go wrong with any rental. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, our problems were not adequately resolved, and communication became so uncomfortable that I eventually stopped reporting issues.
Based on our experience, I would not rent from LexGo again.

It’s impossible for the camper to smell like smoke because that’s not allowed and I charge 500.00 fee if so. The water leak underneath was because you all didn’t pump your tanks out when full. Therefore I emptied 3times at no charge because that was easier than speaking with you. You are the 3rd person I ever blocked because you had the worst attitude ever. I told your mother that if she needed anything anytime to let me know that you were super rude and that’s not how people communicate. Your daughter even had a bad mouth on her to my tech and assistant and I have never heard that from either one of them. I checked on you everyday asking if you need anything please let us know. I give you 1 star 🌟 as well.

We had a great stay! Mike was attentive to any of our needs that popped up. The camper was clean and our golf cart was speedy.

LexGo made our trip SO EASY! Unfortunately I spent too much time trying to rent with another RV company through Airbnb, which kept failing to respond in a 24hr period. LexGo got with me IMMEDIATELY and hashed out all the details via text and call. Everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived and we had fabulous support for anything we needed during our stay. We even got a surprise camper upgrade, free of charge. I would highly recommend them for your RV camping experience.

LexGo Rentals is the way to go! Everything was exactly as advertised, Michael is super responsive to questions, and very helpful if any extras are needed. I will definitely be going thru them again next year!

I was blown away with the level of service and with all they offer. I had no worries at all. They set and picked it up when promised and it was clean. Great response by phone and text! No doubt this company will be our go to for all of our camping/trailer needs! So seamless💪

Rv is completely stocked with everything you will need. Just pack your clothes and you are set! Was very roomy and clean. Beds were amazing! By far the best rv we have rented off this site!

Great RV for what we needed. A little trouble with figuring out the propane heater and generator, but owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent from him again!
