The trailer is as advertised in the app very simple and easy to use. One of the support jacks had an issue that prevented the trailer from leveling up. The trailer needs to be level for the refrigerator and water pump to operate correctly. This didn’t impact my trip since I packed a cooler for the trip and brought bottled water. I used the camp facilities to wash and clean what pots and cooking utensils I used.
The trailer is tight for two adults but functional. The trailer pulls well and is easy to maneuver into a parking stall. The trip was to Golden State Canyon State Park so the drive to the campground included some 6-8% grades.
Alice was responsive to my emails and a good host.
The trip was a great and I would recommend the trailer once the jack is repaired.

We had the absolute best time! The camper was easy to tow, very clean, and everything in working order. April is simply the best, very easy to communicate with, responsive, and funny! April was also extremely kind to us in relation to pick up and drop off times. Will absolutely rent from her again if we don’t end up purchasing our own camper since we has such a good experience!

Great little trailer for our trip to Teton and Yellowstone. It's easy to pull and manuever. One thing that would make it better is solar power. Contact with April was very good.

Trailer is virtually brand new. April is great and pickup and drop off is convenient to highway.
