Bill was an awesome and attentive host. He communicated promptly and efficiently in advance of our rental. The delivery and set up was flawless, and he was just wrapping up as we arrived at our site. He took time to show us how everything worked. Only trouble was that the oven would not light (despite his best efforts) and the sound system would not power on (no worries as we brought a Bluetooth speaker!)
Recommend bringing: Coffee maker, coffee cups, rug or kick-off mat for entry, bathroom rug, extra RV-specific toilet paper as our check-in station had none to sell, steak knives if needed, and maybe a favorite skillet or cast iron if cooking over the fire.
We had a wonderful time at Petit Jean, due in large part to the excellent accommodations from Bill. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful time and Bill was incredibly responsive and thorough! I would highly recommend you to rent this camper as it was a great experience!

Bill was on time. Such an amazing experience with Bill and his camper. We really enjoyed our weekend on the water. I will definitely rent from Bill. His customer service and showing us 1st time campers all we needed to know about his camper. Thanks for everything Bill

We had a wonderful experience!! The trailer was exactly as shown and easy to use. Bill went above and beyond to make sure we were informed on every aspect of the trailer. He was easily accessible for any questions we might have had during our trip. A great guy!! We will definitely rent from him again.

My first time on outdoorsy and Bill was awesome and so was his rV. Communication was flawless and the RV was so great. Definitely will use again.
