John was fantastic with accommodating our requests for our trip. Very flexible with pickup and drop off times. The trailer was equipped with what we needed to fully enjoy our trip. John was also great at going above and beyond to make sure we understood everything to do with the trailer including the setup and how to tow safely. The bed is comfortable and everything works on the trailer. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a safe and reliable trailer for their vacation.
