I am in the Navy and love to go explore any chance I get. I have a motorcycle, so having the toy hauler, and being able to put my bike in the back, and go is awesome.

We had an excellent trip! The RV was very comfortable and everything functioned well, exactly as expected. The only downside was the cleaning aspect when we picked it up: we found a lot of dog hair, and the trash bin was full from the previous renters. Despite that, everything else was fine. Definitely worth it!

We have rented multiple RVs while deciding on which one to purchase. This brand and model was the one we liked the best. Overall the unit was good. It shows more wear than in the pictures but unfortunately that happens with a rental unit. Everything worked as it should with the exception of the stairs going in which were damaged by the previous renter and are scheduled to be repaired.
I would ask that the refrigerator be turned on if you are planning on bringing your own food when picking up. We had a 12volt electric cooler since we traveled to pick it up so it wasn't a problem. I will say that once cooled down, it did a great job even when filled with a weeks supply of groceries.
The electric level system was awesome. We stayed at 10 different campgrounds and setting up and taking down was a breeze.
The Jayco was easy to drive and stayed solid on the road even with tractor trailers passing.
I would give it a 4/5 for cleanliness.
Our biggest complaint would be the mattress in the slide out. A RV mattress is fair at best when new. This one is worn and was uncomfortable by morning. It had some stains, not nasty just wear, but we always bring a mattress cover. The bottom that flips up when the slide comes in is mostly detached from the main mattress and would slide off during the night. We picked up a 3" foam topper and that helped some.
We used the bunk over the cab for storage. There was a lot of storage in the RV that we didn't take full advantage of since we had everything already organized in plastic containers.
We stayed in this RV for two weeks, traveling to 12 states and thousands of miles, with two Labs. We never felt cramped for space. Outside compartments held all our gear from boondocking and hiking in Texas to hanging out on the beaches on the east coast.
This was during the first part of July and the AC never let us down. We left the fan on all the time, instead of auto, as suggested by other owners so it would not wake us up at night turning on and off.

From our first contact with James until our trip was complete, James was extremely responsive and friendly. We found this camper to be exceptional: very clean, very equipped, and easily fit our family of 4 with plenty of room left over. We opted for his delivery and pick-up option, and I'm so glad we did. James' delivery was on-time, and he quickly set it up so we could begin enjoying our vacation. He was also timely on his return for pick-up. I would highly recommend him for your next adventure. As we have a need for another camper rental in the future, I will definitely book him through Outdoorsy! He is a class-A act and very professional! If I could give more starts, I would. For our annual trip to Frisco, NC we rented James Toy Hauler to bring our golf cart and it was fantastic! So spacious and clean, all the linens, towels and necessities you need. It was extremely comfortable and made our trip so much greater! He was great to communicate with and everything was efficient. Will definitely rent again from him!
