Jill was super helpful and communicative. Prepare to spend at least an hour going over the van on day 1 as there's a lot to learn. But Jill also provides written guides in case you forget anything or have any issues and she's super responsive if you do have any questions.

My host Jill and vehicle Rimrock were both fantastic and met and exceeded expectations. Jill was hospitable, knowledgeable and super helpful. I especially appreciated how the van was outfitted with many items needed for vanlife, from fresh linens, to cleaning items, to collapsible chairs, and emergency items. Also, included a thorough written How-to-use/troubleshooting guide. The Van was in tiptop shape, and equally hospitable. HIGHLY recommended.
