The host gave us a trailer that was not properly cleaned, floors were gritty and counters were streaky. The bedroom door was broken off and basically leaning creating a major hazard. The entry doors didn’t work well either.

This review is completely false unfortunately. This person has caused damage to my unit that was far more than the $500 deposit and I have uploaded all the pictures to the company upon arrival. I almost called the police as I was advised by the agency during to the fact that the person was several hours late and wouldn’t answer their phones. We have called way too many times and no one would answer their phones. My unit is a brand new unit and I had to take it to the dealership for detailing when it was brought back. These are some of things that made me request the deposit back:
