Pick up and drop off was a snap. Trailer towed wonderfully and we had a great time.

How amazing to have a trailer delivered when you are used to tenting! Rachie was great even for this last minute booking, I think it was 28 hours from booking to delivery on our site! Great trailer, really nice layout. Nice large-ish fridge/freezer. Queen mattress was decent and had extra layer of foam. We are new to renting so I wasn't sure what to expect regarding included amenities. Though I did not see a detailed list of items that are stocked onboard before packing, Rachie covered the basic info regarding bringing bedding and beach towels, once we got there I realized everything we might reach for could be found. I prefer to pack paper goods/utensils anyway, but it was nice to easily find a tray when I needed one. Its pretty much all there; just pack food, beach towels,bedding (for queen, twin, double bed and twin for couch if you need them all) and dust off your CD collection to enjoy in/outside speakers. We had a great trip and when we had any questions, she was responsive and caring and just genuinely nice to deal with.

Rachie came and set up quickly, She did an awesome job. My only complaint is that it wasn’t very clean, especially the refrigerator. Other then that everything was as expected and it was a great space to camp in.

The communication was great throughout the entire process, which is always comforting when it's your first time using a service. Furthermore, since I've never used an RV, Rachie was great at providing instruction and helping me get situated. I rented the RV for my daughter's birthday sleepover which was a camp-themed party, and it was a big hit with all 8 of the girls!

Great experience! Camper was in good shape, everything we needed worked. Wew used it exclusively for sleeping. We kept some food in the fridge. Stereo worked well as did the AC (though we didn't use it much). We didn't use the kitchen, shower, toilet or sinks. I hooked it up to a 15amp outlet and it popped the breaker a few times before I figured out it needed more juice. I then used the 20a outlet for our washing machine and it didn't pop the rest of the weekend. I later noticed the sticker on near the power inlet on the camper says "use a 30amp power supply". We'll rent from Rachie if we need a camper next year.

It was an absolute pleasure to rent the camper, it was clean and comfortable and she was so accommodating and helpful when we picked it up and dropped it off.
