This rig is the real deal. Thoughtfully outfitted and (almost) fully loaded. Add groceries and a few minor sundries and you are ready to roll. Absolutely everywhere we went we turned heads in this Jeep and fielded numerous inquiries about its many features. The best part is it off-roaded to several of the Big Island’s gnarliest spots (Makalawena, Waipio, Green Sands, etc.) without a hitch and helped us fit in with the 4WD-loving locals. The camping and cooking gear is all high end. The rooftop tent takes some time to set up and take down, but easily sleeps four on the built in pad or use the ground tent and gear if you prefer. One big rolling duffel fit perfectly on top of the shelf over the cooler size fridge and two-burner stove in the back with some extra room to pack on the sides and under the seats. Our two young boys fit more than comfortably in the back seat. Plenty of water is contained in the shower system and two big surplus canteens for a few days of dry camping. Grant is friendly, helpful with questions, and quick and easy to communicate with. Thanks for facilitating an awesome adventure! We hope to get back for more. The Blackburn Ohana
