Dmitrii was responsive and great to work with. He provided clear instructions and instructions as flexible with us on our return timing. The trailer was as advertised clean and it great condition! We had a great time and would rent again.

Dimitri was very accommodating and helpful. The tutorials were easy to follow and he answered all questions with patience and understanding. this was my first time and im definitely using this for my next trip.

Communication and flexibility were excellent! The unit is straightforward to haul and stable, with plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. Two notable features we observe are the instructional videos and the bedding being packed in air vacuum bags to conserve space. The host goes the extra mile by providing you with a small tablet loaded with instructional videos on how to set up the trailer. Nothing fancy and very straightforward, so we don't have to worry about keeping clean here and being careful with that, just set up and enjoy. The brake system is a plus and peace of mind on long downhills and sudden stops. Very very happy!!!

Dmitrii was very thorough during check-out and made sure that I was comfortable with all of the operations of the trailer, explaining how everything worked. The trailer was very clean and had everything we needed for our fun weekend trip. We boon-docked and were very comfortable our kids hardly wanted to leave the trailer to go outside to the beach. My wife has difficulty being comfortable in a bed that isn’t her own but the beds in the trailer were so comfortable and warm (even in a November storm) that she slept straight through the night well rested in the morning. This rental convinced her that she wants to now get a camp trailer of our own, which she was previously not in favor of. All around this was an excellent experience.

Wonderful experience. Everything is very well organized. Easy to tow, setup and takedown is quick. Video instructions are very helpful. It rain the first evening and stayed dry inside.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dmitrii and this trailer!! The entire experience was smooth, easy, efficient, and really wonderful. The trailer is comfortable, clean, and well-kept and Dmitrii was so kind and helpful the entire time. Any time I had a question he answered right away, and he event lent us a hitch because ours wouldn't fit the trailer. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice for both of us to have our own bed. We didn't use the shower feature but everything we used was high quality and easy to use!! Truly, I plan on renting from him again. An absolutely outstanding experience!!!
