About Joseph's RV rentals
With a love for traveling, I recently got married to the love of my life with a destination wedding in Thailand. Now, we are both excited to allow others the opportunity to go on adventures and make beautiful memories of their own! We are a family of two and a fur daughter that are always outside enjoying nature. We love video games, traveling the world, hiking, off-roading and we love that our RV has given us the opportunity to do all of those things on-the-go as a family.

We rented Ely and took her on an eighteen day adventure through Utah in May. What fun it was! In the end we visited 7 National Parks and 2 State Parks, along with several National Forests. Ely was perfect in every way! Joe gave us a wonderful walk through before we got started to make sure we were comfortable with all her gadgets and we were on our way. She kept us warm when it got cool, cool when it got warm and gave us a perfect place to crash after hiking and biking some amazing trails in this beautiful part of our world. Joe even checked on us a few times to make sure it was all going ok! Great communication! She was stocked with everything we could have asked for and items we would not have even thought of! Service was beyond what we imagined. Already wondering where else we could go in this area so we can take Ely out again!

Lauren and John were dream guests! They took wonderful care of our van, handled her like pros, were very communicative, and were a blessing to host.

Jo was a pleasure to deal with and the van was exceptional! It is set up with everything that you could possibly need, it was easy to drive / park and was very comfortable. We spent many nights without an electricity hookup and it was easy to manage the battery usage. The heater can run on propane only so no issues with staying warm at night. This makes it a very flexible van for touring around the US national parks which don’t always have electricity hookups and the size of the van makes it easy to park in the limited car parks at many of the trail heads. A larger RV would be a much greater hassle. Jo, was happy to answer many questions before our trip and gave a very comprehensive initiation. He was also happy to help out while we were on our trip. I highly highly recommend booking this RV or any RV through Jo if you’re thinking about a road trip around that part of the world.

Joe gave us a thorough walk through of the camper van before we left on our trip. He was not rushed and briefed us on all aspects of the van’s operations. Joe is friendly and enthusiastic and assured us to contact him if we had any questions during our trip. A few days into our trip we had a puzzling water leak. Joe immediately answered our call even though he himself was on vacation with family. He walked us through various trouble shooting tests. We thought we had resolved the problem but it appeared again even worse a couple days later. I called Outdoorsy and also notified Joe of the returning problem. Even though the leak was not covered by Outdoorsy’s insurance they went beyond what was required by locating a RV mechanic that would travel to our remote location and was in direct contact with Joe. Both Joe and Outdoorsy kept in contact with us every step of the way. Joe did not hesitate to approve the costs of the RV mechanic and made follow up calls to us to make sure our experience with the mechanic was acceptable and the problem resolved. He put our minds at ease when we thought our vacation was going to have to be cut short due to the water leak problem. In every contact with Joe, I communicated with a genuine and friendly person who cared about our travel experience. He was enthusiastic and complimentary about the bird photos we shared throughout our trip. I highly recommend Joe and Outdoorsy to anyone who is wanting to rent an RV. Joe and Outdoorsy both contributed to a very fun and successful vacation.

I rented Joe Elhaddad’s camper van through Outdoorsy and couldn’t have been more pleased. Joe was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The van itself exceeded my expectations—it was spotless, well-maintained, and fully functional.

Outstanding experience and highly recommend Joe and this extremely new fully equipped RV. Communication and pre-trip overview were fantastic, hassle free, and just what you expect from someone who cares about his vehicle and your experience. RV was new, very clean, got better gas mileage than expected, and was perfect for numerous memorable adventures. Joe was always available and responsive for questions during the trip but provided a detailed binder to further explain all the features of the RV. Thanks for a fabulous experience and looking forward to renting again for the next RV and hiking adventure.

I couldn't ask for a better guest! Took care of the van as though it was his own. I would not hesitate to have him again in the future should we be so lucky!

Van was awesome! Totally lived up to our expectations. Joseph was super responsive and always available whenever we had to reach out to him for direction during our adventure. An amazing trip all the way around!

Joe was a great host, always available to answer any questions that came up. We loved the vans size for getting around parts of the parks we visited where you had to be less than 25 ft but still having the added comfort while camping.

Absolutely loved the entire experience. Joe and his wife were super nice and took the time to show me around the whole RV. This was super helpful! The van drove amazingly well. Will rent from them again in the future.

Great van! We had a wonderful time and super comfortable with an open concept. We loved how clean it was and had all the basics needed. Joseph was also wonderful as he explained everything perfectly and was very easy for my husband to use.

Talk about great guests! They took wonderful care of our van and handled everything like pros. We would happily host them again and maybe hire them to do some photography with how amazing the photos they shared were!

What cant I say about this amazing experience!! I rented VanHalla for 2 weeks across the big national parks in Utah and Arizona and it was perfect! The RV is a bit of everything mixing luxury with ruggedness. I opted for the starlink option and it was a great decision as it allowed me to keep touch with family and friends in areas I had no service while also being able to provide entertainment with the onboard tv on the days you just want to cozy up in the RV. Joe is an exceptional host, he spent the time while he and his wife were traveling to walk me through the RV to truly prepare me before heading on the road. Was quick to respond with any questions if needed and provide any insight on destinations. Cannot recommend this RV and Joe enough for the experience it was able to provide for those new to the RV and those with experience . Best 2 weeks of my life and it’s thanks to Joe!

Our Arizona and Utah vacation was nothing short of spectacular, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Host Joseph Elhaddad and his RV, which we rented through Outdoorsy. From start to finish, Joseph made sure everything went smoothly, offering outstanding service and making our trip truly memorable.
