We paid over $2,400 for a week, at that price point I believe renters should receive a certain level of service, however that was not our experience in no particular order this was our experience:
Water tank was not topped off
Pretty sure the grey water tank wasnt empty
The batteries were not fully charged, they ran out in 24hrs with little use, and no easy way to monitor the status.
Drivers visor is broken, which is a pain for driving AND you cannot black out the van at night
The cookware is the cheapest that can be bought, and it was burned through and the coatings chipping off, we got our own pan simply so we could cook
Dirty dishes
3 empty fuel canisters, I didnt expect fuel to be provided (although for a week rental it should be) but why would you leave empty or 90% empty containers that cant be refilled in the van
The drivers seatbelt alarm goes off if you hit a bump, the driver moves, or sometimes just goes off and you have to jiggle the seat belt to get it to stop
Several other alarms on the dash go off
Exterior windows and mirrors were pretty dirty, seems like a good thing to clean

Very well put together van with great (20mpg) mileage. The orientation video was very helpful, and the blackout curtains meant the only light came in through the top fan which is great for Alaskan summers. The extending beds were great, but we ended up stacking the mattresses for just the two of us.

Lauren was great to work with & flexible with early pick up. The van was clean, comfortable, roomy and got surprisingly great gas mileage (almost 20 mpg).

We loved exploring in Silver Linings! Was a comfortable ride and when you can just walk back to the kitchen and stand or sit as you please at trailheads it is so nice. Magnetic blackout curtains were top notch. Want one of our own now!!
