We had the most terrible experience renting this RV(((The RV was listed as 4 sleeping spots, shower and restroom. Turned out that it was only 1 bed for 2 people, the other one had to sleep on the floor while we were driving, but it was very uncomfortable, so it was better for 2 people to sleep at the tent. Also there was only 3 sitting spots and only 3 seatbelts. So turned out that 2 people didn’t use the RV. It was a waste of money for them. There was no restroom in the RV. What she provided was a camper toilet, which you can use only outside, otherwise, it would’ve smell really bad. Almost all cabinets were full with Amanda’s things. Also, for us was a shock when we found used cigarettes Amanda’s in RV!!!We booked the RV for a climbing trip (there was a check mark festival friendly). We were spending time there, but then our friends got us tickets for festival, and since it was a festival friendly RV we decided to go there.
Amanda found out that we are at Festival and started to wright threatening long messages which made our trip not very comfortable.Finally, we cleaned RV really well for 6 hours with 3 people and we took pictures before renting it. Also she didn’t do damage checklist before renting it to us nor gave us the contract to sign and we wasn’t aware of this procedure, because it was our first time renting it. She started to send us threatening messages on the 08/31 claiming that she will call the police. After that our stopped being enjoyable. She ruined half of our trip! And we went back home earlier then we have planned. She was really inadequate in our conversation which you can see on screenshots. After we returned it she claimed the damage on crazy amounts which we didn’t do. Looks like she doesn’t have a job and lives there in this RV, so she tries to get money that way, but we have all the evidence that can prove that RV was returned at the same state as we took it.p.s. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not recommend this RV and do not recommend cooperation with Amanda’s.
