We rented Richard's Coachman Leprechaun for 2 months to travel the SW USA. Overall, we had a great experience and Richard was fanstastic throughout the trip. We had a few hiccups with the unit, including problems related to below freezing temperatures and water pipes. Richard was very responsive and helpful as we worked through issues. We had to return home 8 days early due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we hope that Outdoorsy cooperates with Richard and us in providing a refund for the early return as well as the repairs required while on the road. Overall, we loved the experience and would rent a unit from Richard again.

Everything was perfect! I paid for delivery/pick-up and he had everything set up before I got to the campsite. He include tons of extras (chairs, games, dvds, all kitchen stuff, etc). I will definitely rent from him again if I don’t end up buying my own ;)

Communication was great from the start. The family explains everything very well upon pick up. Camper has everything you need for a great weekend. Great value!

Richard and his family were a pleasure to rent from! Amazing communication, very flexible and super accommodating. My wife and two kids went up north to a family reunion and rented from him. They had clean sheets throughout, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, etc. definitely more stuff than we even needed.
