We had a 3-week trip over several western states. Coming from the east coast – we had many questions. Amber was patient & quick to reply to multiple inquiries about configuration - and showed a willingness to be flexible with our trip plans.
Upon arrival, Chris gave us a good walk-through, being up-front to point out a few minor quirks to watch for (helpful when on the journey). The RV was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. When we couldn’t figure it out – Amber & Chris were quick to respond to our requests for insight.
Being late September – the heater kept things very comfortable on cool mountain nights. The convection oven, induction stove top, outdoor propane burners, and A/C (when needed) all did their jobs.
Whole rental was great – but notably: it was easy to drive – the Ford drivetrain had great power ascending mountain roads. The optional Starlink worked perfectly.
Along our many stops – other RVer’s would ask questions and compliment the rig. One - after hearing our story – smiled and said “you may not know it, but you are getting spoiled with this RV – not all are as nice as this one”. I think she spoke truth. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

This was awesome. It was easy to book. The tv was perfect in every way. It was stocked with all we needed. I will be renting again for sure!!!

Chris and Amber are awesome. Chris gave us the tour of the van and showed us what we needed to know to take it out for four days/three nights of off-grid camping. We had an excellent experience. Learned so much about this class of camper van. We highly recommend this van to anyone considering a Condor/Ekko camping experience.

This was our first time renting an RV. It was a perfect experience with very communicative hosts. Chris and Amber walked us through everything we needed to know.

The RV was very nice and had everything you need. The RV had great acceleration for getting up to the mountains. Chris did a great job of explaining everything. We went to Arches national Park.

Amber and Chris were great from start to finish. During booking Amber responded to my questions very quickly and fully. During the trip I had a few questions on how the RV systems work and Chris responded within 30 minutes of each text. They were kind enough to meet me at the airport with the RV the morning of my arrival and they agreed to meet me at the hotel (near the airport) to return the RV before my flight out. The RV was well equipped with some bedding, towels and plenty of cooking gear and dishware. The RV itself was in very nice condition.
A few notes to improve upon: like almost all RV's a few minor parts need to be adjusted that they knew about and will correct. The side awning wasn't working but they are going to the dealer for a fix the day after I returned the RV. A few drawers would pop open around some turns but that is just a simple hardware adjustment that I would have done myself if I had a screwdriver. There was some rattling/ whistling of the side door over 50mph (I did not drive over 65mph), but I'd imagine that is just an adjustment too. The RV only had about 14k miles on it so seems like just some minor adjustments. In general, all systems and the truck worked as it should. I would definitely rent this RV from These hosts again! It was my first Outdoorsy experience. It was much better than previous experiences I've had with renting from Cruise America. Cruise America is fine and never had a major issue with them, but they have much lower grade RV's, and not nearly the same kind of personal service either.

Very professional and courteous host. Amber & Chris were very quick to respond to any questions I had during rental time. RV was more than complete with essential equipment including the outdoor kitchen set.

The owner was very helpful when we arrived and when we returned. The rv was easy to drive and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 2 days in an rv park north of Phoenix and we had a great time. Would definitely rent this rv again.
