The camper was set up when I arrived. They were able to set up the day before because they were working and they meet with my brother on the details. When I arrived I we had to figure out some of the camper stuff since I never rented a trailer before I was unaware of all the details but we got everything going. I enjoyed the fireplace during the night because it got chilly. Allot of room in the trailer and it was stocked with what I needed. The bed was very comfortable, since I have slept in camper beds before and the mattress can be very thin, nice to wake up each morning feeling great. The only thing I would suggest since I am 5 foot 2 I needed a step stool to get into the bed which I had available. The communication was great and easy to work with.

Great to work with, everything was setup and ready to go for us (had the camper delivered to a site). Camper was clean and in good shape, worked great for our trip.
