My wife and I have three kids and a cat. We built this Skoolie as a way to get out more together and see the outdoors. We love camping but love comfort, so we are marrying the two. We want to share this with other people and hope to meet some new friends along the way.

Josh and Susan were awesome! They took the time to have lunch with us and share some tips on the Skoolie life and share some of their travel stories. Josh was very patient and took his time to teach us to drive the bus, hookup utilities, etc. Our time in the bus was a lot of fun and learning as a family, living in a confined space for a few weeks, driving to Skillet Creek Campground. The bus is fairly comfortable and has lots of amenities/features.

The experience with Josh was nothing short of fantastic. We met and had a walk around his rig. Took roughly 45 minutes to look over everything and get some good tips for the rigs operation. I had a couple of questions during the trip and Josh was quick to answer any and all questions that I had. I don’t think I will ever get my wife back into a tent again. Thanks for a great trip.

As a parent of toddlers and daughter of a post chemo/radiation fidgety Dad, our weekend trip in the bus was the best of the best! We all felt comfortable and the owners thought of every single detail you’d need for a trip. We took the bus purely to get up to extended family whose house we’d stay in but ended up with 5 people (2 adults and 3 extremely excited kids) sleeping in it nightly. We are forever spoiled now and with the airline madness lately, this may be the only way we travel with our littles in the near future!

We had an absolute blast with Roxie! We took her from Chicago down through Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and back over the span of a week. She turns heads wherever she goes! We were very comfortable, Roxie had everything we needed, and Josh was beyond helpful and very responsive. The only two things to be aware of (which were not issues for us): You'll need to add time to your drives, as Roxie does best around 55mph-60mph as noted. The full bed is big enough for two adults but the others will be tight if you are over 5'3''. We had a truly wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Roxie/Josh for your next adventure.

We had a fantastic time traveling the country in Roxie. Josh was very responsive to the questions we asked as we traveled. Roxie was a reliable ride and generated lots of conversations with people who found our ride to be very unique. All in all we had a great experience.

Roxie exceeded our expectations. The bed was super comfy, she was fun to drive (though she can be bumpy!), and the interior is the perfect combination of design and function. She even has AC and Heat, which came in handy when the temperature suddenly dropped last weekend. We had the best time and Josh and his family are incredibly kind hosts. Would love to rent again for another road trip and I’ve been sharing the link with my friends cause it was such a cool experience I want them to enjoy it too!

Two weeks of sheer bliss skirting around the shores of Lake Superior with Roxie :) The bus is comfy, cozy, airy, and bright -- a cottage on wheels that brought smiles, waves, and comments from people of all ages everywhere we went. Josh was a great, responsive communicator before, during, and after our trip, bending over backward to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Note: probably best for people around 6' tall or less. Can't wait to go out again!

Roxie was great and a fun adventure. Very comfortable once parked and so cute. Definitely got a lot of smiles from others. It was a lot louder and bumpier ride than expected while driving.

Was a fantastic trip. Plenty of room and all that we thought it would be. We would certainly rent again. Would recommend to any family looking for a unique and fun experience.

I cannot say enough about our experience with both Josh and Roxie the Skoolie!! From the start of the whole process (searching RVs) to dropping the bus off at the close of our trip, we had an excellent experience. We had a lot of questions since we'd be camping with limited resources, but just about everything we needed was already on board! Not to mention, our group consisted of my husband and I, plus our 3 children (ages 4-6); and we all fit quite comfortably (which is hard to do with an RV). On top of that, Josh was available to answer questions before, during, and even after our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Roxie for your next trip!

Roxie was so fun! Clean, all the right things in all the right places: outlets, USB ports, cup holders, plus all the camping “equipment “, including: dishes, cooking items, folding chairs, and even an extra tent! Every inch of space used wisely and stylishly. One thing missing was an ability to play music, and Josh offered a Bluetooth speaker to remedy that concern. Will rent again.
