There were some unforseen issues getting started, but Patrick was quick in communicating and addressing those issues. The issues were customary with RVs, and he even delivered the RV instead of making me pick it up, as well as refunded the first night and pet deposit in consideration for my inconvenience (even though it was a mechanical issue that was not Patrick's fault). The RV rode well and had plenty of space. It was also lived-in, i.e. normal wear and tear and some typical damage with the passage of time (some tears/stains in upholstery, damage on screen door and refrigerator) but that was great for me since I have dogs and would have felt uncomfortable in a "pristine" RV. Rental was affordable, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. Also, Patrick was flexible about the return time and even during the rental was quick to answer my questions. Would recommend and rent from again. Great price and dog-friendly rental.

Patrick was awesome! He gave us very detailed instructions and was all the time available for questions and requests.
The price-performance ratio for Patrick’s RV is great! You get a lot for a very low price.
Driving the Ford E450 was also a very nice experience (technical was everything in a very good maintained condition) and my family (my wife and my 4 kids in the age between 5 and 11) loved the opportunity to have everything direct in the “backpack” where ever we parked.
The queen size bed is very comfortable and we have all slept like at home.
We are looking forward to plan the next RV trip with Patrick’s Camper.

Our pick-up was delayed because the stove was broken and the owner attempted to put a new one in himself (he failed doing it properly which we found out later in our trip). The RV was not clean at pick-up and we actually had to clean it at the pick-up location. Soon after departure, we found multiple mechanical issues with the RV to include malfunctioning windows, leaking toilet, furnace not functioning causing CO2 alarms (putting our family at risk), batteries that didnt function causing the generator to have to be run constantly, and many other issues. These owners also do not follow outdoorsy policies and procedures for departure and return. Because upon our return, the owners have tried to claim damage to the RV that was present before the trip and are trying to commit insurance fraud. We did return the RV with dirt on it and paid a fee to have it cleaned by the owner, which was acceptable. However, this is not an excuse to try and make false claims. Do not rent from these owners.

Great communication! The bed is very comfortable. First time renting an RV and Stephanie was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly during pick-up.

This was our first RV trip and this RV made for a great experience. It was comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 6 (4 young children). My favorite feature was the huge kitchen sink and the shower (the water was nice and hot).

Stephanie's communication was very timely before, during and after the rental. She gave detailed instructions on the many functions of the RV as well as great tips and tricks. This was the first time for me and my family but after using this easy to drive vehicle that had plenty of space and comforts, this will not be our last. Wonderful memories in a safe, clean and controlled environment--much better than hotels stays and public facilities during COVID-19.

It was great for a first-time RVer like me! Super-comfortable bed. Great kitchen area. Everything worked fine and wasn't too hard to figure out. Stephanie answered all questions immediately.

Overall good first time RV rental experience. Everything works. Please be aware that there is no TV, no seat belts for passengers. Glad that we took our minivan. The rig is easy to drive. It is my first time driving a 30ft. The owner is accommodating for late drop off.
