Had it delivered, the set up was great. Was great for our 4 day stay. Definitely on the pricier side but saved us when our other rv company bailed on us last min.

Trailer came with opened boxes of cereal and cookies and personal clothing. Shower was broken and unusable. Outdoor “cooking space” unusable. not connected to propane, and no supplies to connect to a tank. The supplied generator wouldn’t allow AC to run let alone power anything else. Struggled for 3 days of our camping with no power. Amy was very responsive and trying to help, but not much can be done with so many things needing to be fixed. I had to eventually buy my own generator to complete our trip safely.

Amazing. We had them deliver it to our campsite and set it up for us. They communicated great, got it set up, and everything went so smoothly. They really went above and beyond to help us enjoy our camping experience. They had towels, toiletries, snacks, handwritten thank you card, bedding, pillows, camp chairs, and the list goes on. We had a great time camping thanks to Amy and her husband!!

Amy was awesome
We had a minor problem that was out of anyone’s control and she was 100% on top of it and was communicating with me with no more than a 5 minute delay in response. Her customer service is outstanding
