Originally from Michigan, I moved to the Denver Area in 2016. I enjoy skiing, off-grid camping, mountain biking, and hiking. When I'm not busy working in the city I try to escape to the mountains as much as possible.

Lance was great at responding immediately with any concern. Camper was simple and easy to use. Worked as described. Had a great time with the camper.

Trailer was spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Grilled food and used the table/chairs and everything provided. Owner was really helpful and communicative up front to make my rental super easy. Would rent again!

Great camper and great experience working with Lance. The camper is easy to pull and comes with amenities that others I have rented do not or are an additional charge. Having those little extras made the trip more comfortable and smooth. Definitely recommend renting this teardrop from Lance.

The Canyonland was excellent. It was very comfortable and towed great behind the Subaru Crosstrek. Lance was awesome; he provided answers to questions that we didn't know we had and was very flexible on pick-up and drop-off.

We have been looking at demo-ing a year drop trailer for a long time, and came across outdoorsy and decided to give Lance's teardrop a try. It’s small,but surprisingly roomy inside, super maneuverable, and easy to tow. I took it up some pretty rough trails with no trouble. We were concerned with the cold, as the trip was going to be over 10k feet for some of the trip. Not a problem, the small heater running for 15 minutes warmed it up to so the cold wasn’t a problem. Lance has a solar array and battery that allows you to use the inside lights, charge your phone, and run the heater. We thoroughly loved the trailer and dealing with Lance was easy. The only addition I would add would be an awning.

The trailer was exactly as advertised and just what we needed. We went for a long weekend adventure without hard plans on where we were going or staying and Lance's little teardrop was just what we needed. We were able to reserve a campsite the first night but not for the rest of the weekend, so we just took off knowing that we could pull off the road wherever we found a place.
Lance was very quick and effective in communicating, and he was very accommodating. We needed to adjust pick up and drop off times and Lance was happy to help us make it work. I highly recommend renting from Lance.

Great little trailer! So easy to hook up and so light I could not tell I was towing anything. Lance is fantastic! He walks you through everything you need to know, and he has the trailer loaded with everything you need for your trip, from stove propane and dishes/cookware to a table and chairs, and even a bin of spices! Grab your clothes and food and go!

Lance was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful time using the camper...it was exactly what we were hoping for. Very easy to tow and has all the essentials needed for a great trip!

Lance's teardrop is fantastic and was perfect for our trip! Towed with a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek, we had gas mileage in the low 20s for our trip and were able to maintain speeds in the 60s mph (up to 70 at a couple moments) without any feelings of instability. Very comfortable at camp, love the fan on hot nights and for white noise. Lance includes a lot of extras, like folding chairs and table, colman stove with fuel and cookware. Loved it! Might buy one...

Lance was easy to work with - he replied to my messages usually within a few minutes. Really enjoyed the teardrop camper experience - our first time to camp in one. He had all the kitchen items anyone would need for cooking and eating. Nice little camper!

I was excited and nervous at the same time hauling a teardrop camper for the first time. Lance was so patient with all my questions prior to my trip and took the time to review everything I needed to know before leaving.
