Booked the trailer. Didn't hear from Patrick for days. Finally got nervous that he wasn't going to honor the rental and sent him a text message. He finally replies and says that the trailer is leaking and I need to find another trailer. I have been assured I will get a full refund, but if the trailer has issues, it shouldn't be available for rent.

Patrick is a great host. We use the set up/take down service and would recommend to anyone.

I owned a 5th wheel for 12 years but I sold it. I have never rented an RV before. I was uncertain how renting an RV would go. Patrick did exactly what he said he would do. The trailer was what he said it would be, he was helpful and he answered all my questions. It was a very nice experience. I would highly recommend Patrick and his wife as owners. If the need arises, I would rent from him again. Great Job Patrick. Thanks.

We had a great experience renting from Patrick. I have never camped or towed anything this size and Patrick took the time to go over every detail. My family had an amazing time and I felt comfortable driving and setting up the camper on site. If you're looking for something different for your vacation like I did this is it. Patrick has worked out all the details for you for a very pleasant adventure even for a first timer like myself.

The trailer had everything we needed. We did not have any problems or issues with the trailer and Patrick and Carmen were very helpful. Everything was just fine. Thank you all for helping us have we have a great experience.

Great experience! Patrick was very friendly and thorough when going over the operation of the RV. The RV is in great shape and easily accommodated me, my wife, and two children. Even had enough room to setup a pack and play for the baby. Patrick even showed us the best way to set the pack and play up in the bunk house. Would definitely rent from Patrick again!

Patrick and his wife were awesome to rent from. This was our first time to rent a camper. They made sure we understood exactly how to hook up and properly work everything the camper had to offer.

Patrick and his wife were absolutely a pleasure to rent with. They made me feel so comfortable with renting their camper, they were so helpful with little details and any questions we had. The camper was amazing, we slept 10 people comfortablly, had no issues, and they beds we're comfy. The trailer still feels brand new, very clean, and EASY to haul.
I hauled it with my 2500 diesel chevy, loaded down with ice chests, a generator and things we took for our trip. We also filled the water tank before our trip and the weight of the camper was still very easy to pull.
