Outdoorsy was a trouble-free company to work with as I planned a trip out of state. I contacted the owner and she responded promptly to answer my questions. In addition, she worked with me to coordinate the pick up and delivery of the trailer. Her prompt replies to my questions were appreciated.

Nora was great to work with and the camper was perfect.

Great RV, great experience. However, we could not get the DVD player to work, and extra batteries or a charger should have been provided with the battery powered drill used for the jacks. Had to manually raise and lower the jacks on the last two days of a 10 day rental.

Great experience, only suggestion is that an extra battery, or a charger, should have been provided with the battery operated drill used for the jacks.
