Pre and post trip communications with the owner were fantastic. The camper itself is not really made for winter use. We had water lines freeze and an issue where the thermostat was inoperative to where we had to use the stove burners for heat. Owner immediately apologized and indicted that it would be fixed before any future use.

This was my first Outdoorsy experience. Anna and Ross were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The travel trailer was clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend them for next adventure!

First time using Outdoorsy and it was great. Anna is a great and very kind person. While on our trip we had a little incident and after explaining to her what happened she did everything she could to make it better. I will definitely be contacting her next time my family and I go out on a trip. Truly recommend her Travel Trailer very clean and spacious.
