We had a great experience with Megan and Gabe using their trailer for a couple of nights. Pickup was quick and easy and the quality of the trailer was very high. Everything went as expected and setup was "almost" as easy Gabe said it was (what is considered intuitive by the owner isn't always as obvious to a newbie). We figured it all out pretty quickly.

Owners were very helpful and friendly. I recommend a air mattress to go on the pullout bunks due to the thin mattress that is included. We took turns sleeping on the fold out couch. Lol.
There needs to be instructions on the usage of the hot water tank and filling instructions for the main freshwater tanks. We needed to bring a socket set along to raise or lower the tent as the trailer did not have one provided. Make sure you fully understand the power panel as far as which knob controls : gas,battery, and house power, we actually froze our food in the Refrigerator ,, lol. The furnace keeps the little trailer nice and toasty and it was nice to sleep inside undercover during the rainy nights in the rainforest. Finally when we picked up the trailer to load we knew how to raise it but lowering was a different thing . We actually had to use a screwdriver, so make sure you walk through everything with the owners. This had some differences to it than the older types we had used. All and all , it was pretty easy to use and tow .
