We never thought we would ever be able to have this experience of renting/driving an RV. We decided on renting through Outdoorsy after researching reviews and watching a lot of videos. We flew into Minneapolis, Minnesota and had the rig delivered to us at the hotel we were staying at. Si, the host, was extremely accommodating. He was in constant contact with us, asking when we wanted the rig dropped off and he let us know when he was on his way. When we saw the rig pulling up, we couldn’t help but get excited. I was waiving him down in the parking lot. Si walked us through the basics and gave us the keys. The RV is a 2010 and is in great condition for the year. It was our first time driving anything this big. I’m 50 years old and can honestly say, it is manageable and not intimidating. We took a few practice laps around the hotel parking lot before we set out on our way. We drove to our first campground, Town & Country in Savage, MN (highly recommended). We explained to the person checking us in, it was our first time and they escorted us to our site. We got everything hooked up and thought we were ready to go. We tried putting on the AC and it didn’t work. I contacted Si to let him know and he did some trouble shooting with me and then asked for my site number. HE CAME TO OUR CAMPGROUND with his family and he explained we had to have all of the fuse box switches turned on at the campsite electrical box. We couldn’t believe how wonderful that was of him to come out and show us what we needed to do. We were so grateful because it gets so warm inside. The AC was beautiful!

Si was great to work with and the RV is so fun! We loved our trip with the kids. It was easy to drive and the setup was a breeze. Si walked me through how all of the switches worked and how to use all of the electrical and sewer lines. After we arrived at the campsite I had a question about the stabilizers, and he walked me through the steps with text and images. All worked out great, and I’m talking with him about our next trip!

OWNER NEEDS TO RETURN MY BIKE RACK IMMEDIATELY

Hi Gwyneth,
I could not come to the gas station to remove your bike rack because Outdoorsy informed me that they were about to send a tow truck to tow the RV to my house. As soon as I got the RV towing to my house, I removed your bike rack and dropped it off at your house. I took picture and sent it to you.
I don’t have any bad reviews from my customers because I do what is right and make sure we are all happy.
I contacted Outdoorsy and showed proof that I returned your rack. They said that you can call them to modify your review.

Si was great to work worth. This was our first time RVing and he responded quickly to every question I had and made himself available for early pickup and drop off of the vehicle. The vehicle itself has an issue with the furnace. It worked twice for us - the second time for about 15 minutes - but didn't work on three other occasions leaving us very chilly in the morning. When this issue is fixed I would completely recommend Si and his RV. For now I would recommend the RV only if you are taking it to someplace warm.

Si was great. We had several questions as we started in our trip and he was very responsive. Pickup was especially convenient. SI was flexible when things didnt go as planned such as us not being able to find propane and then finding out the battery to our family vehicle was dead due lights being left on. The space was clean.

A solid RV that made it through the mountains of Tennessee without problem. This was my first time taking an RV for vacation and Si was always quick with a response when my inevitable questions arose. I gave less than full marks for "mechanical" only because a few things weren't working properly, but none were issues that significantly impacted our trip.

It was a GREAT trip to Tucson, Scottsdale, Sedona, Santa Fe, Colorado, Mount Rushmore and Badlands..........and the RV worked out great. My wife and dog really enjoyed the trip with the HVAC (for 100 degree Scottsdale!), refrigerator, stove, microwave, bed, bathroom etc all worked very well and was clean when we picked it up. My only issue was operator error that I didn't have a thick enough extension cord nor a 30amp outlet at one of the homes we hooked up at so it blew the 20 amp fuse at site once in awhile so just operated generator for cooling. GREAT trip and now looking to do another tomorrow!! :)

The owner is very responsive to messages and flexible on time. We rented the camper for 2 nights for a family of 4. We had a great time using this camper, no issues and the overall condition is highly satisfactory.
