Renting the pop-up from Hever was a great experience. He reviewed the setup with us step by step before we left for our camping trip and was patient with us since this was our first time towing a pop-up. We had an issue with the lid from the storage bin and blew a tire on the way back, but Hever was able to drive to our location and repair the tire. Overall, great experience, great pop-up and the air conditioning in this unit works AMAZING!
