Worst rental I have experienced using Oudoorsy. No wash cloths, shower head was stopped up, awning didn't work and the camper had multiple cosmetic issues. I reported the issues to the owner and the excuse was always "we're an hour away." Needless to say, he never came to address any of the issues we had. Luckily, we were next to a friend and was able to use their shade in 90+ degree heat. He did call a local RV store and purchased a shower head that I went and picked up and installed myself. The pictures shown on the listing DID NOT represent what we got.

Overall, we were disappointed with our rental experience. The host was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and when we pointed out the missing items, he did offer a $100 credit to purchase some essentials, which we appreciated.
However, the trailer did not match the listing or justify the price we paid. The trailer was delivered late, the advertised awning was missing, and although the listing stated it included five lawn chairs, there were only two—one of which was broken. The kitchen was also missing basic necessities, including enough plates, bowls, and cups, and there were no tea towels or dishcloths. The listing indicated the trailer slept seven people, but bedding was only provided for two beds.
While we appreciate the host's kindness and willingness to help, the trailer was not equipped as advertised, and we don't feel it provided the value we expected for the amount we paid.

Nice trailer. Comfortable. Clean. As with most RV mattresses if you want/need a ‘softer’ sleeping surface you’ll want to bring a mattress topper.

James was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an awesome time at Beavers Bend and Lake Murray. The camper was clean and very adequate. I would recommend James and will use him again.
