This was not a pleasant excursion for us. In fact, we came home early. While the RV seems nice, there were some challenges. The refrigerator door was broken and we couldn’t utilize it. The shower handle was broken, causing water to pour a different area. The owner didn’t review the stabilizer at pick up. The RV felt like we were on a boat and gave me motion sickness. After googling how to stabilize the RV, I tried to do so but it didn’t seem to work. The front cab radio didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. Communication was challenging.

The best experience ever! Tiago made it simple and easy to have some glamping fun with the family. The communication was excellent and responded promptly. He thought of everything needed for camping and then some. There is so many extras included such as cleaning products, cooking utensils, outdoor furniture, outdoor entertainment and much more. It’s honestly going to be difficult to top this rental if we can rent this RV again. It was the first time going on a road trip in an RV and having a new gig was definitely a plus. He was very accommodating with pick up too being that we were picking it up on a holiday.
