Host was great but trailer is really needing some updating. The front bed was so bad, my son ended up sleeping outside the trailer in a hammock. The bar to the awning outside prevents you from opening the door wide in an already dark trailer. One of the doors to the shelves by the fridge is broken and doesn't latch properly, all my food was every where when we got to our destination.
Trailer was easy to tow and the fridge worked great. Rear bed was comfortable but the blinds are all messed up around it. Still way more comfortable for me than tenting it.

The RV was great, the pick up and drop off were both quick and easy; staff were super helpful and took the time to go over everything when we reached out to them.
