The rig was clean and adequately stocked with everything we could think to need during the week. Further, while Hans gave a thorough walk-through of the rig upon pick up, he made himself readily available for any and all questions we had once on the road. A+ experience.

Overall we were very happy with the experience renting Hans' Earthroamer, it's quite a vehicle! He was very communicative, flexible, and a nice guy.We did have a few issues though that are worth noting: 1) We were surprised that he did not wash the vehicle before giving it to us, so it had dirt and mud on it. I would assume that would be part of the cleaning process and taken out of the cleaning free. 2) The vehicle was given to us 3/4 full of gas. It's very difficult to refill a vehicle to any fuel level other than full, so it should always be given to a renter with a full tank. 3) The water pump was broken and would stay on, luckily it had at least a little bit of pressure. Considering this is a luxury vehicle and expensive to rent, we would have expected important things like this to be fixed before renting it out.

Excellent rig and excellent owner! Hans was great to work with and even provided some suggested sites to visit (we were in town from MD). The Earthroamer is better equipped than my house in some regards...we didn't find we were without anything because of the features and amenities provided.

We had an awesome trip to Yellowstone/Grand Teton national park. Hans was very communicative and responded incredibly quickly whenever we had a question for him.
