Greetings from the Morgans! We are Matthew and Maria Morgan and we are happy to share our 2023 Winnebagor Solis with you! We purchased this RV brand new in 2022 to fuel our passion for adventure and while not using for our pleasure we encourage you to get out and do the same! We chose this RV because it is so easy to drive (its essentially a VAN) yet it has so much to offer and most important to us was the ability to seat and sleep 4 people! There are so many amazing places to visit within just a few hours of greenville that you could find an excuse to get away every weekend!

Overall, the experience was okay. This being our first experience with Outdoorsy, there was some confusion at the beginning whether the Campervan was actually booked or not. The pickup of the van went smoothly. Matt was quite amiable and thorough in going through the various aspects of the use of the van, and it took a whole hour, even going as fast as he did. However, the first surprise was the van itself, it did not look like the picture on the website. Had we seen a picture of it as it actually was—it looked like a moving billboard—we might have passed on it. The second surprise was that the van had not been washed, and the shower and toilet cassette needed cleaning. Time was spent in cleaning them out which delayed departure. The third surprise was that the refrigerator did not work when the van or the generator was not running, and we lost some of our food items. It turned out that the solar charged batteries were not holding a charge. The return of the van went smoothly. Despite the surprises, the views on the Blue Ridge Parkway from the elevated vantage point of the van is something we will always have in memory.

Van was well maintained and well stocked. There was an issue with the battery at pickup, but Matthew took care of it quickly. We had a great experience with OffTheClock and will definitely rent from Matthew again!

We had a great time in Off the Clock. Matthew provided a detailed explanation of all of the features so that we would feel comfortable as novices. Driving was straightforward and everything that we needed was provided.

Incredible stay! Clean and new appliances. The bed was perfect with a simple comforter over it for some extra fluff. Has everything you’d need for a great camping trip. Never going back to tent camping after this rental!

The trip went fine. Our host was excellent. I did get a nail in one tire and was not able to get anyone at Outdoorsy to answer the 24/7 roadside assistance that I paid for. This was the one disappointing part of the trip. I had to take care of a flat tire myself because even though I paid for the premium roadside assistance, it was not available.

I rented the RV from Mathews, and it was great, the pickup process was very easy and smooth. I needed to extend my trip and Mathew was very helpful with the process, Communication was excellent fast responsive to the messages. Overall was a GREAT experience. The RV was very smooth on the road. Has great features and great navigation system.

Great rental experience. Matthew responded promptly to questions and the van was in excellent condition -- easy to drive and complete with everything you need to camp except your own food and clothes. Bed was even comfy -- not always true in camping. There were only two of us but it would also work well for camping with one or two children. Highly recommend the nearby Table Rock State Park for camping -- hikes with beautiful waterfalls. The nightly rental fee for the van is very fair but note the requirement of purchasing insurance along with prep fee and the service which almost doubled the cost. (This is probably an Outdoorsy issue rather than this host.) Overall, though, a great way to getaway.

We really enjoyed our trip in this RV. It was in great shape and had lots of extras included by the owner. Matthew did a great job showing the features, and was very responsive when we had a question about the heat control. He was able to research it and find a solution quickly. The RV itself drives well and was surprisingly comfortable for sleeping. Setup was super simple.
