This was our first Airstream rental experience but we’ve rented other RVs. The process was smooth and the experience was great. The condition of the rig was very clean. Prior to picking up the Airstream, I arrived a couple of days before and John was very thorough. I only wished I had taken better notes, but no worries. He’s already created two separate lists; 1 for prep, the other for breaking down. Anything I missed, was able to get from the binder in the trailer. He briefed me once again the afternoon of the pick up. We used it for four nights and really enjoyed it. I was able to pull this very easily with my Tundra. Thank you John, great experience. Wife enjoyed this process and trip better than the last one. I would absolutely rent again from you. Thanks. A.Torres
